Privacy Policy

Clementine, operated by Good Times Global Labs, LLC. Last updated 28 July 2026.

Clementine is a moderation bot, so unlike a game bot it genuinely does read messages. It has to: an automod rule cannot filter what it cannot see. This page is specific about which of that is examined and discarded, which of it is written down, who can read it afterwards, and how to get rid of it.

Message content, in detail

Clementine holds Discord's Message Content intent, so Discord sends it the text of messages in servers it is in. Most of that is looked at and immediately forgotten. Some of it is stored. The difference matters, so here it is exactly:

SituationWhat happens to the text
Ordinary message, no rule matchedExamined in memory for automod rules and XP, then discarded. Never written down.
A message is deleted or edited, and logging is onThe content is stored in the moderation log so staff can see what was removed or changed.
An automod rule firesThe action, the rule that matched, and the channel are stored.
Messages inside a support ticketStored as a transcript so staff can review the ticket after it closes.
Text you give a command on purposeStored, because it is the point: custom command responses, persona text, greetings, billboard posts, playlist names, text sent to text to speech.

Message logging and ticket transcripts are features a server turns on. If your server staff have enabled them, they chose that. If you are unsure what is enabled where you are, ask them, not us. We cannot tell you what a server you are in has configured.

Everything else we store

Who can see it

Your server's staff can. Moderation logs, ticket transcripts, and analytics for a server are visible in the dashboard to people with Manage Server there. That is the product working as intended, and it is the same access they would have through Discord's own audit log and channel history, gathered into one place.

Staff of one server cannot see another server's data. Our own staff can access the database to operate and debug the service, and do not read your servers' content for any other reason.

AI Linking is off unless your server turns it on

Clementine can be linked to an external AI agent so it can act on a server's behalf. This is opt in per server, configured by staff in the dashboard, and off by default.

Clementine does not send your messages to any AI provider on its own. It has no AI provider credentials of its own at all. When a server enables AI Linking, that server is connecting an agent it controls, and whatever that agent sees is governed by whoever runs it. If AI Linking matters to you, ask your server staff whether it is on and what is connected.

Third parties

ServiceWhat reaches it
DiscordEverything, necessarily. Discord's own privacy policy governs the platform.
StripePayment details for paid plans. We never see or store card numbers.
Cloudflare R2Images uploaded to the billboard composer.
ElevenLabsText to speech text, on premium voices only. Free voices are generated on our own infrastructure and no text leaves it.
YouTube, SpotifySearch terms and track links, to resolve music you asked for.
Google DriveOnly if your server uses the drive commands, and only the files you point at.

What we never do

How long we keep it

Configuration lasts as long as the server uses Clementine. Moderation logs and ticket transcripts are kept so staff can refer back to them, which is their purpose. Aggregate counters are kept as history for the dashboard's charts.

Removing Clementine from a server stops all collection immediately. Data already stored for that server is retained unless someone asks us to delete it, so that a bot removed by accident can be re-added without losing the server's history.

Deleting data

If you are a server owner or admin, email privacy@goodtimes.gg from an address we can tie to the server, with the server ID, and we will delete everything held for it.

If you are a member, you can ask us to delete the data that is about you personally: your XP, your moderation records, and your ticket transcripts. Include your Discord user ID. Note that we may have to tell the server's staff, because removing a moderation record changes what their logs show, and they have a legitimate interest in knowing their own records changed.

Deletions are permanent.

Children

Discord requires users to be at least 13, or older where local law says so. Clementine is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly keep their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, we will update the date at the top and announce it in the support server before the change takes effect.
